FoodQuest is led by Rishab Kapur, a food industry operator with over 30 years of experience across manufacturing, exports, supply chain, distribution, retail and food service.

Unlike traditional consultants, his experience comes from building and operating businesses from the inside — managing production, warehousing, distribution, procurement, retail operations, teams, customers and growth.

Over the years, he has worked across multiple segments of the food industry, helping build and scale businesses, improve operational performance, develop supply chains and create systems that support long-term growth.

FoodQuest was created to bring that experience into a structured operating model that helps food businesses gain visibility, control and the foundation needed to scale.
